[Dx4win] Same Call Window

To me this is a tough call.  Depending on what you are doing sometimes it's 
best to have it set to EXACT, other times, like when checking in cards from 
the buro, or preparing labels for cards to be mailed out, SUBSTRING or FUZZY 
is faster or better.  I am constantly playing around with these settings to 
see how I like it.  I am never sure on what setting to leave it.

There have been times when I have been setting up what cards to print labels 
for and have found someone who may have operated from different locations 
that I may want to send an additional QSL to.  For example, if you were set 
to EXACT and wanted to send a card to my old call, K6ACZ, you would never 
know if you had also worked me as K6ACZ/DU1, K6ACZ/DU6, K6ACZ/KH6, 
K6ACZ/KJ6, etc, but FUZZY or SUBSTRING would catch those additional calls.
