[Dx4win] Bad License File????

Strange.  Maybe you have two dx4win.exe processes 
running.  Right-click on the Start bar and bring up the task 
manager.  Close DX4WIN and click the processes tab and put them in 
alpha-numeric order.  If there is still one running, select it, then 
"End Task".
