I have started working on DX4WIN.CTY Release #38 - you can find the notes here:

Make sure you have Release #37 so you don't miss N8S on Swains Island 
this week (latest DXCC entity, only 2nd-ever operation).

Please send me any additions or corrections you have for the 
database.  I expect to release it the weekend of April 14/15.
