[Dx4win] DX4WIN 7.02 and Windows Vista RC1 (build 5600)

This is the problem with DX4Win not having 64-bit drivers. This is the same 
issue as I and a few others have noted on Windows XP x64 Edition. See 
earlier threds about vichw11.

To my knowledge Paul is working on new 64-bit kompatible drivers. I do not 
know how far away they are though.
