first of all
you must organize very good your log to have good results.
Let's say what i have
received qsls from direct requests-> marked $$$$$
My direct requests -> marked like direct
cards sent to wf5e -> marked qsl svc
cards sent via buro -> marked buro
Make a search for all my unanswered direct requests
press f8 and ask method=direct with cnfm =N
then you will receive the right reply.
If you have the logbook window open (in qso window: window>Logbook)
you can right click on this and print or save in a file the results.
Remember that you modify this window to show what fields you need.
Sorry dx4win has not a field with date you received the card but if you keep
this in notes for this qso window, you can ask this to print as well.
The bad news are that if you meanwhile have imported new qsl managers you
don't know where you sent your card.
For example... Let's say that for j41k mngr is sv1dpi but after a date
changed to g8dqz. If dx4win has the right info no problem. But imagine this.
You send the qsl to sv1dpi but while you are waiting for the card, you
import or change the qsl info someway. When you are looking what is
happening with the card you will see like a mngr the g8dqz and you will
suppose that is where you sent the card. I believe that an improvement would
be if the program could keep unchanged the mngrs after i print the card, but
it seems difficult. The other solution is to keep notes also for this.
