[Dx4win] USB-Parallel adaptors

what is serial only usb ???

I have several usb to multi -serial (8) boxes....running way too many 
serial ports, including my ACOM / ICOM civ system/ rotor etc..

will vista NOT support a serial on a usb ??  or a parallel on a usb ???
