[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY Release #34 delayed again

Hi Folks,

I have decided to delay releasing DX4WIN.CTY #34 until late this week or early
next week.  This will allow me to process the October, 2006 spots file, as well
as lookup QSL managers from this past weekend's CQWW Phone contest.  The
current release notes can be found here:

I should have the callsign mappings updated with some new data (mostly
ZK1/North) in the next day or two.  I won't start processing October spots
until Wednesday, 1 November at the earliest.
