Hi Dick,

First download the lotwreport.adi file from ARRL.

In DX4WIN, File -> Import -> ADIF to import the lotwreport.adi file.  Select
the option that updates the Upload Confirmed flag only.

In your preferences, make sure that on the QSO tab, Confirmed QSOs is set to
"Card or Upload"
