[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY Release #34 rescheduled for weekend of October 14/15

I was too busy this weekend to get the final updates into DX4WIN.CTY #34. 
Tonight or tomorrow, I'll try to make the final country and QSL manager changes
and update the release notes on the web.  I hope to have a new release by
October 14/15 weekend at the latest.
