According to the 10-10 website the current membership is 
73,000+ members.  The membership fee is $15 per year ...
$18 per year for "non-US ZIP code" members.

Based on the above, the minimum income for the organization, 
based on US membership fees alone, is in excess of $1.1 million 
dollars per year.  They say the organization is run by volunteers, 
so they have no employee expenses.  Their certificates, bought 
in bulk, cost pennies each.

It's not making money for someone? Yeah, right.  Is there a 
financial accounting available?

Jeff:  I haven't a clue about the League's financial situation.
I simply view eQSL as a "wanna be".
