[Dx4win] dx4win vs ARRL: country conflicts

Hi Ian, and all the fellows:

I've a few cards for QSOs made with YU stations when they counted for
Yugoslovia. But dx4w insists on showing it as Serbia and Montenegro...

I've also got a card for a Q with PY1RO/PY0, Fernando de Noronha. But the
software insists it counts as Brasil.

1) The former Yugoslavia simply changed its name to Serbia and Montenegro,
then to Serbia, but remains being the same country.  I suggest to write the
current country name in the QSO Notes for reference.

2) Write the PY1RO/PY0 QSO and in the Prefix box write PY0F.  That will
create an exception call in the country database for that date and
afterward.  Proceed in the same manner with other similar conflicts.
