I spent a lot of time last week working on the DX4WIN.AWD file.  I'm 
still waiting on two things:

- ON4AOI said he'd get back to me after looking over the latest 
file.  Guy...???

- waiting to hear from FOC committee if I can include the list of FOC 
members in the award file.
   This will make it easy (?) to track FOC awards.

As soon as this is wrapped up, I'll release the file.  What's new, you ask:

- added 6 new awards:

	[FOC] - First Class Operators Club (pending permission)
	[GRAG] - Alexander the Great
	[GREU] - The Europe Award (Greece)
	[HSC] - High Speed Club
	[ILIA] - Italian Inner Islands Award
	[MIA] - Mediterranean Island Award

- updated many awards

- improved display of award values

- added URLs for many awards
