[Dx4win] Request for testers: program to compare DX4WIN DXCC stats to LoTW

I got some volunteers, thanks.

I only just found that that Internet Explorer can't save the LoTW DXCC credit
listing in a form that I can use.  Darn.  I'll look into this before I release
the program.  In the mean time, it only works for Firefox/Mozilla users.
