Thanks for the input Erkki.  I like your wishlist request too, and I'd 
also be interested in that Windows utility.  However, it seems to make 
sense to not have to memorize a whole different set of keystrokes when 
one goes between WinKey and the stand alone DX4WIN kbrd.  OTOH, I have 
been informed that other persons use WinKey with other kbrd software and 
are reluctant to change to DX4WIN's scheme.  Your suggestion turns a 
lose-lose to a win-win situation.
