[Dx4win] Buckmaster CD Rom & Ext Data

OK, I give up.
 I am trying to use the call lookup of The Ham Call with dx4win when I highlight the call sign in the QSO screen and hit F3.
I have the data source set to Buckmaster CDRom, Data directory set to C:\ham0.
I have installed the data onto the C drive.
When I F3 the call sign I get buckmaster error:2 in the call sign/Mgr lookup window. The same callsign is in the callsign window but I cant get the data from there.
Years ago I got this to work but I cant remember the trick now
