Hi Hamad,

I had not heard about Shift-F8 before!

>From the help text:

"This command is identical to the Search command, except that it will not erase
the last filter setting. It can be used to modify a previous filter, or to see
the filter settings used by some of the reports after double-clicking in a
summary window or a listing-report."

I notice the following problems after searching for a call using F8:

Shift-F8 does the following:

- rstS = 599
- rstR = 599
- Zone = 0
- Notes for this call (recalled from last search)
- Group = 0

I believe that ALL these fields (except Callsign of course) should have been
left blank.

I tried a more advanced search - I set the STATE field also. In this case,
Callsign and State were recalled correctly, but RST, Notes, Zone and Group were
as above.

I tried a third search on only the CQ Zone. It was recalled correctly, but RST
and group were set as above.

Paul will probably not be able to fix this until after Dayton.
