Changes for build 15

1. Importing/confirming QSOs into an existing log
2. Updated award file;
   (Includes changes compiled by AD1C submitted by I0MWI, 9K2HN and W8TTS.)
3. Small change in dx4win.tcp file

I truly hope this version is more stable and has fewer quirks. Glad to do 
this via the Internet. Unfortunately Steve has to burn new CDROMs for
Dayton
