[Dx4win] 7.02 available

I have 7.02 working now but, in my case still very strange results when I
click on a spot. I was on 14260 and clicked on a spot for a stn working cw
split on 18MHz. The rig went to split mode but left the RX on 14260 and
qsy'd the TX to 18150. I have checked this  with other spots and result is
always similar. The rig is TS950SDX.

Apart from that everything went smoothly and everything else seems to be
functioning.

Thanks to you and the boys from DX4WIN, for latest version 7.02, all
operating 110%! Big thanks for sorting out bug where spot listing now no
longer change band on rig !! VERY VERY useful.
