Depending on what Paul does in the next version, I've written a 
program that takes this report, your log file, and the lotwreport.adi 
file from ARRL and fixes the lotwreport.adi to add the seconds back in.

If you want me to help you NOW, send me your .DXL file and the 
lotwreport.adi file and I'll send you one back.
