[Dx4win] DXCC Submission

Still using 6.03 and trying to get together a submission in time for Honor Roll postings.

I have some cards to send in and have a bunch of LOTW Qs available to submit.
Obviously some of the cards to submit are duplicates of the LOTW contacts.  I would
like to pull those cards out of the submission and use the LOTW contacts but no matter
what I do, when I create a "DXCC Submission" those contacts are put back into the
submission report.

Can I remove them......am I missing something?
