[Dx4win] DXCC Submission w/LoTW

I sent this a few days ago but haven't seen it posted so will try again.

Trying to create a DXCC submission to turn in for Honor Roll.  As you would
expect, some of the cards I have to turn in are superfluous because of LoTW confirmations.

How do I remove those entries from the submission log?  I can turn off the "Subm" flags but
as soon as I generate a submission, those flags are set back to "Subm".

I would like to do a "hybrid" submission but it looks like I have to send in the cards.
