[Dx4win] How much QSL manager data is useful?

Hi Jim
First at all many thanks for all the work you are developing to keep the
.CTY and Qsl Mgr...
In my opinion if I don't get a qsl in the past 5 years... I don't care with
all those old add. and mgrs.
So the list could be shorter ( shorter means accurate). Forget all the mgrs
more than 5 to 10 years
