[Dx4win] control rig

hi phil here, i am looking for help getting dx4win 701
to key the rig and have the rig change bands when i key
on  a call from the internet. i have a new dell 9300
laptop with win xp. and a rigblaster m8 and a icom
756 pro 11. i hope i can get the laptop to key the rig
and change the bands and freq.i am sure that there is 
a guru out there that can help me.hi hi   phil  w3gt
