[Dx4win] Configuration DX4 y MMTTY

I have a ICOM IC-756 PROIII with the cat in port COM and sound card. He/she
would thank information to configure the DX4WIN and the MMTTY to work RTTY,
because I configure it and he/she always  (An exception occured!
ie_Open-device already open) tells me the same as when I want to work with
PSK31
