In qso window under Reports>change award flags you can choose dxcc and among
other to clear all submitted flags. So that is no need to make manual.
If you want just cw do this
Under file>preferences
check upload or confirmed in qso tab
Under dxcc check like valid mode only cw and mode
In qso window agn... Reports>dxcc>submission
It supposed that it will work.... Becareful that you don't know which cards
you must find and what are the lotw confirmations. Also a problem is that
dx4win doesn't give a priority to lotw or cards in hand so some qsos could
be confirmed in lotw also and dx4win returns with cards in hand qsos.
Good luck
A lot of manual work from my side.
