[Dx4win] Using DX4WIN, QRZ and GOWIN

Does anyone know what this field in the Extdata Preferences does:

    Callsign lookup address:  http://www.qrz.com/callsign/qsl=?

What sequence of keys, etc. does one need to perform that requires DX4WIN to
use this field?
