[Dx4win] Radio Switching Broken in 7.02

Hi!

.Have just installed Win XP Pro x64 and DX4Win 7.02.15. When I try to lanch 
DX4Win I get the following error message.

Error:

Please copy the driver file: C:\Program Files 
(x86)\dx4w702\DRIVERS\vichw11.sys
To: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\vichw11.sys
The Appendix File has more information about this.

I have done this and still the same happens. I have scanned the whole 
harddrive for Appendix and have not found an similar file.

What to do?
