[Dx4win] Spot colors

Problems with the spot colors for Montenegro.  Running the new country 
file (#32), 4O3T already worked on 12, 15, 17, 20, 30 - both SSB and CW 
modes.  New spot comes in for 4O3T on 15 CW and the spot color is 
yellow, which is the default for a new country.  No calls present in 
"callsign alert" box in setup.  At this point, spots for 4O3T should 
show as red for new band or mode, not yellow.  DX4WIN release is 7.01 
running on XP Home.   All other spots are correctly colored and always 
have been.  Any ideas?
