[Dx4win] Adding Montenegro

Radiocommunication Bureau of ITU inform 18.07.06 :

I wish to inform you that the matter is now under discussion.
All necessary changes in ITU records and databases due to the separation of Serbia and Montenegro into two different countries will be announced by the ITU as soon as agreed by both administrations.


"Table of International Call Sign Series" of ITU (http://www.itu.int/cgi-bin/htsh/glad/cga_callsign.sh), they changed the entry for 4N, 4O, YT, YU and YZ -  2 times. In moment: "Ex. Serbia and Montenegro" (on 03.07.06 was "Serbia (Republic of)")

So stay and way for the final result and wait for the final prefixes ! There after you can change your software.

Why all so in hurry ?
