[Dx4win] YU6AO Montenegro only accepted after 04/07/2006

I worked YU6AO on 4 July!

I think they had an improper licence for VHF only but were using it 
on the HF bands.  This was fixed on 4 July.  I don't think the 
28-June to 3-July operation would count as Serbia either, since the 
station was physically in Montenegro after the independence date.

There will be a BIG operation starting 20 July, so I would not worry 
about this one.
