There are two fields in the QSO window:

Cnfm (right next to Method) - this is intended for paper 
(traditional) confirmations

Upl Cnf (next line down) - this is intended for LoTW (electronic) confirmations

If you can't see that line, hit F5 until you do.

In the program QSO Preferences, you can decide whether a confirmation 
is card or upload or both.
