[Dx4win] Bugs I reported in 7.02

When I read this something went off in my memory.  Now I recall this is 
exactly how it worked in ver 7.01 also.  In other words, it did not work 
as advertised, but as Chaz describes in his bug report.  I did the same 
work around by putting http://www.qrz.com/ in box boxes also.
