[Dx4win] LOGGING

Morning Alan, we've narrowed ot down to software from N1MM and 
something called SD, but the DX expedition portion

All I really need is for it to convert to an reliable ADIF file for 
import into DX4WIN  and that they can log with minimum fuss.  We're 
only going to have fun, not contest
