Can you connect to the software?  You must use the host "localhost" 
and the port "7300".  Edit your DX4WIN.TCP file in the SAVE directory 
to add it.

In the QSO window, QSO -> Contest Mode, put "$$" in the "Text to add 
to QSO note" field.
