It has been this way for as long as I have been using DX4WIN, about 5
years.  If you read the manual it says what to do.  Hell I could work
this out.  Permanent fix?  How can you fix something that isn't broken.

Thanks, Ernie.  I haven't tried it, but it makes perfect sense that 
installing the QRZ CDROM data in the root directory of a local drive
should 
work.

Excellent work-around until a permanent correction can be released.
