[Dx4win] Export unique calls from log?

Jim,

1. Use the export filter 'Calls only'

2. Open 'Master calls window'

3. Ignore the master.dta file not found

4. In the PopUp menu, select Convert

5. Select the file created in step 1

6. Close / open the Master Call window and make sure 
that in preferences you have Update callsign is enabled
