[Dx4win] Creating a submittal for WAZ

Les,
I am having the same problem trying to submit over 700 cards accumulated
since 1968 for the various DXCC credits. A friend just yesterday showed me
how DXBASE does it, which is light years ahead of DX4WIN. DXBASE has a
screen in which you just click on any combination of bands and modes to
submit. You can also say whether to submit cards only, Lotw only or both.
Once it runs your selection, you immediately get an exact replica of the
DXCC Record Sheet listing all QSOs meeting your submission criteria. If you
want to change, you simply go back and reselect your criteria and a new DXCC
Record Sheet is displayed. It is just super easy and intuitive to use.
When you are satisfied with the selection it then prints out the record
sheets and an exact copy of the DXCC Award Application with all of your
personal data already included. Having used DX4WIN since version 5, this is
still the most glaring shortcoming of what is otherwise a very good logging
program. Reporting and analysis of DXCC Challenge could be improved as
well. That is another DXBASE strong point.
