Well well...
You need to do the following procedure...
Go and download the program ADIF2CABR from 
http://sp7ps.pl/sp7dqr/eng/index_en.html

As you can understand this is an adif to cabrillo converter.

from dx4win....
press f8 and make a search from date 25 to 26 for 160m qsos on ssb.
file>preferences>export to adif

unzip and run the converter.
It is easy configurable and it has the cq160 contest...
