[Dx4win] Resetting upload date

A friend attempted to make his first upload to LOTW, and something had
problems.  He now has the situation where he does not have the ADIF file,
nothing completed the Trusted QSL, and he has no upload to LOTW. But, all
his upload dates are set, and that appears to be preventing him from
creating another ADIF file (actually two - two different callsigns) for
upload.  How does one reset all the upload dates in the log so the
process can be started over?
