[Dx4win] Internet Callsign Lookup

Same response here.........nothing happens, 
although I believe it's supposed to forward the 
"request" to your web browser......but I could be 
wrong.  As implemented in Logger 32, this works 
VERY well - sure would be nice to see that in DX4WIN.
