[Dx4win] RTTY/MMTTY Start-up

I am trying to use MMTTY for RTTY (7.01). I want to use FSK but cannot get
the Com-TxD (FSK) to highlight under the MMTTY/Setup/Misc. I have used
different combinations of VOX, PTT Control and Com Ports under the MMTTY
Keying window. All I ever get is a solid keying of the transmitter
(FT1000MP). Are there any ideas for what I need to do out there?
