Thanks, Dave.  The problem is due to the recent prefix changes in DX4WIN.CTY,
it has nothing to do with ADIF.PMP.

I have a test version of the updated DXCC.EXE program that corrects the problem
and will try to release it tonight.

p.s. by running the program, I found the ARRL had removed three of my 30 meter
credits.  It is a good idea to run this program every now and then to see if
problems are happening.
