[Dx4win] Not getting state info when importing from N1MM ARRL160

Compare the tags in the ADIF file exported by MM in the 160 test with those used in the SS export - it may be that one of the contests has been updated to reflect ADIF changes and the other not.  Typically, you can fix the ADIF with a word processor once you know what tags need changing.
