[Dx4win] DX4WIN.AWD update - more info

Due to the recent prefix changes, I need to release an updated 
DX4WIN.AWD soon.  Here are the changes in place so far:

         DIP - Portugese Islands - new
         EPC - European PSK Club - new
         EUAPA - European Areas PSK Award - new
         FOC - updated
         OBLA - Russian Oblast Award - new
         WAAC - Worked all African Continents - new
         WACI - Worked all Canary Islands - new

Need to check latest data:

         German DOK
         IIA - Italian islands award
         IOCA - Island of Croatia award
         ARLHS - Amateur Radio Lighthouse
         WLHS - World Lighthouse Society

Maybe some day (sooner if there is interest, or someone has already 
developed the template):

         SOTA - Summits on the Air
         DCI - Italian Castles Award
         Castles And Stately Homes On The Air
         Worked all Britain

Is anyone using the FOC award tracking?  I'm considering removing the 
defined data value, and just having the user input the FOC number 
directly.  Will this be a problem for anyone?  Existing logbook data 
will be preserved.
