[Dx4win] Sound Card Lock Up

I had been using my PC, DX4WIN and a Kenwood TS-430 with great success. I have an MFJ-1279 as the interface.
 
This week, I switched to an Icom IC-718. I have changed the settings in the MFJ-1279 and seem to have all the capability I should have. I have been able to copy PSK signals regularly. However, after the first time I transmit, the sound card locks up and I have to reboot. I did not have this issue with my TR-4 or the TS-430. 
 
Any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated.
