On second thought, I am NOT going to make this change for Release 
#33.  This release might have some errors compared to previous 
releases (because of my having to add start/end dates to a lot of 
callsigns).  Making the prefix changes above will cause every QSO 
with Antarctica and United States to import with an error.

I'll save the prefix change for next time.  Hopefully, Montenegro 
will have a real prefix by then.
