I'm making progress on DX4WIN.CTY Relase #33:

NOTE THE NEW URL!  This will be the permanent URL for the DX4WIN country files.

I think I have corrected all country file errors that have been reported to me.

The QSL Managers section of the web page is not up-to-date (yet).  I'll work on
that tonight.

I still hope to have a release by the weekend, August 26-27.  This has been a
difficult release due to updating all the date files to use them for other
purposes like contest and packet country files (see the Country Files home page
for more details).

Please get those corrections in to me ASAP, time is running short.
