[Dx4win] ADIF Export

It appears that sometime between version 6 and now DX4WIN is no longer exporting 
the Ten-Ten token in the ADIF export.  I suspect this is because the Ten-Ten 
number is no longer a separate input field in the logging form and now part of the 
award systems.

Is there a plan to reintroduce this token back into the export routine?  There are 
a number of 10-10 folks who use this program.
