[Dx4win] Custom import filter and custom award

The helvetia award is among the awards which dx4win supports.
Unfortunately i don't think that there is a way to import these values to
custom award field.
But you can inport as you suggest and copy manual from the "error value=ZH"
to appropriate field.
If you want to match the name with the 2 characters you must open the award
file from save directory and under the helvetia award add
ZH=what it is
AG=and so on....
