[Dx4win] Update QSO ?

Hi all,

When entering a callsign into the callsign field and hitting the F3 key, to 
bring up the information from the CD rom, there is this  "update qso" button 
but this does'nt seem to work here? Is this supposed to fill in the "empty 
fields" in the logbook window? I also tried with F10 key but no avail. Am i 
doing something wrong or just mis interpreting?
Suggestions or help is appreciated !
